Legal Studies 398-3 Advanced Research Seminar III

    The third quarter will be devoted to the supervision of student research projects, culminating in presentations to the seminar and a thesis paper. The students will meet once a week in tutorials with their Graduate Teaching Fellows. There will be meetings of the entire seminar in weeks one and three to compare notes on progress across groups. A first draft of the thesis is due in the sixth week of the quarter. The entire seminar will resume two meetings a week for weeks seven through nine for student presentations. Final drafts of the thesis are due at the end of week nine. Faculty and Graduate Teaching Fellows will evaluate and comment on final papers.
